Mizzou fall camp continues; NFL scouts observing practice

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou football team was back outside on Thursday as week two of fall camp is nearing the end. Thursday's practice marks three weeks until the Tigers will kick off he 2023 season at home against South Dakota.

During practice on Thursday, it was announced that Ty'Ron Hopper is on the Butkus Award watch list, which goes to the nation's top linebacker.

There were also a few NFL scouts observing Thursday's practice. The scouts seemed to be hanging out pretty close to the linebacker drills.

The team will round out week two with practice on Friday, plus the media is set to hear from head coach Eli Drinkwitz on Saturday.
