As the Chiefs have added a lot of new players this offseason, the big questions right now are in regards to how they will adapt come game time.

"The way we practice is fast and we do that for a reason so that we can evaluate. We evaluate every night with for these guys so they know exactly where they stand," said head coach Andy Reid.

Patrick Mahomes said the game will speed up a lot for these new guys, but it's there time to show off their talent.

"I think it's going to be good to be in the game and see how these guys kind of take that next step then we kind of move on to get ourselves ready for the season," Mahomes said.

While the eyes focus to the rookies, a lot of veterans are also making their first appearance in a Chiefs game including one of the leaders on defense, safety Justin Reid.

"Guys are excited to play and I'm excited to be able to line up against somebody wearing a different color jersey than I am for once," Justin Reid said.
