Russellville and St. Elizabeth's baseball programs claimed State Titles Tuesday in the Classes 1 and 2 MSHSAA State Championship games.

This is Russellville's first ever baseball State Championship in Class 2 baseball as they defeated Portageville 5-3.

Logan Cinotto dominated the mound for the Indians allowing five hits and recording three strikeouts, making his record on the year 8-0.

Russellville's offense started in the first inning with runs brought in on hits from Cinotto and Jake Schulte and the bats continued to heat up after that with 12 hits total.

In Class 1, St. Elizabeth was looking for redemption against Oran after the the Eagles won last year's championship over the hornets 3-0.

It was the Brock Lucas show for St. Elizabeth. The Mizzou commit held his own on the mound with 11 strikeouts and also drove in key runs to get off to an early lead in the first and second inning.

Hornets 9-2 over the Eagles to take home the Class 1 State Championship.
