Mizzou men’s basketball falls to Alabama

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou men's basketball team could not hang on for the win over Alabama on Saturday evening. The Tigers fell to the Tide 86-76.

With the loss, MU fell to 8-10 overall and 2-4 in the SEC.

Jarron "Boogie" Coleman led the Tigers with 17 points along with four rebounds and three assists. Both Javon Pickett and DaJuan Gordon were right behind him with 12 points apiece through the contest.

True freshman Trevon Brazile continued to impress, as he hit some big shots when it mattered. He finished with seven points.

Up next - Mizzou will return home to host No. 2 Auburn on Tuesday, Jan. 25.
