Mizzou, Kentucky basketball game moving to Wednesday

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The No. 18 Mizzou basketball team will now host Kentucky at 6 p.m. on Wednesday due to COVID-19 protocols. The SEC made the announcement on Monday afternoon.

The Kentucky @ Missouri men’s basketball game scheduled for Tues., Feb. 2, has been rescheduled for 7 pm ET on Wed., Feb. 3 on ESPN2.

Remaining Feb. 3 schedule: South Carolina @ Florida, 6:30ET on SECN; LSU @ Alabama, 7ET on ESPNU; Vanderbilt @ Texas A&M, 8:30 ET on SECN.

The Tigers were supposed to play the Wildcats on Tuesday at 8 p.m. However, Kentucky had to pause its team activities on Friday due to COVID-19.

Mizzou is 11-3 overall and 4-3 in SEC play this season. Meanwhile, Kentucky is 5-10 overall and 4-4 in the conference.
