Mizzou avenges loss in SEC opener; takes down No. 6 Tennessee

KNOXVILLE, Tenn (KMIZ)

The Mizzou men's basketball team took round two over the Tennessee Volunteers on Saturday night in a 73-64 victory.

Xavier Pinson led the charge for the Tigers, finishing with 27 points and four rebounds.

Mizzou narrowly outshot Tennessee, going 43 percent from the field.
