Frank and Blackwell lead Mizzou to road win

NASHVILLE - The youth movement is well underway for the Mizzou women's basketball team as a pair of freshmen led the Tigers to a, 78-66, win over Vanderbilt.

The victory improves Mizzou's record to 7-19 (4-9 SEC).

Freshman Hayley Frank led the way with 24 points while freshman Aijha Blackwell had 18 points and 14 rebounds. Jordan Roundtree and Jordan Chavis each scored 10 points.

As a team, the Tigers shot 45.5 percent from the field to snap a two-game losing streak.

Mizzou hosts Ole Miss on Sunday at 5 p.m.
