Jefferson City, Lincoln University wellness center construction nearly complete

After years of consideration, planning and construction, the Lincoln University wellness center is scheduled for a soft opening Feb. 20. A collaborative project between Lincoln University and Jefferson City Parks and Recreation, the multipurpose building cost just over $11 million.
