QUESTION OF THE DAY: Should Missouri students be able to transfer more easily?
The Missouri House passed a hotly contested bill on a split vote Wednesday.
The bill would allow families to transfer students out of the school district where they live and into another district. Missouri's state school funding is determined on a per-student basis, so the money would go with the student, drawing opposition from education groups.
