QUESTION OF THE DAY: Will Tulsi Gabbard make a good director of national intelligence?
Another key member of President Donald Trump's national security team was confirmed Wednesday.
The Senate approved Trump's nomination of Tulsi Gabbard, a former Democrat, to be the next director of national intelligence. She was sworn in inside the White House on Wednesday night.
Gabbard's nomination process was clouded by questions over her statements about Russia and her support for ousted Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad. But in the end, those questions didn't prevent her from taking on the job of coordinating America's intelligence services.
Do you think she'll be a good DNI? Let us know by voting in the poll.
