QUESTION OF THE DAY: Will Missouri voters approve recreational marijuana?
Missouri voters have a chance on Election Day to decriminalize recreational marijuana.
The ballot issue, Amendment 3, would also expunge many nonviolent drug offenses from criminal records.
However, Amendment 3 has its opponents on both sides of the aisle and outside the political establishment.
