QUESTION OF THE DAY: Should a special legislative session include abortion ban-related issues?
Missouri's Democratic leaders on Monday called on Gov. Mike Parson to include clarifying Missouri law related to contraception and ectopic pregnancies in a special session.
The Democrats' demand is in response to Missouri's abortion ban, which bars the procedure except for undefined emergency situations. Parson said earlier this month that he plans to call a special session to take up tax breaks.
