Callaway County deputies arrested two people Sunday afternoon after a traffic stop with an ATV in the 800 block of County Road 245 near Auxvasse. Deputies said the driver, Harold Smith, had a revoked license. Deputies checked the ATV’s VIN number and learned it was reported stolen out of Callaway County earlier in the month.
