I-70 to be narrowed, rerouted at Route BB overpass

ROCHEPORT, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Missouri Department of Transportation announced in a Tuesday press release that traffic will be narrowed and rerouted at the Route BB overpass over Interstate 70 at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Traffic on Interstate 70 will be narrowed to one lane each way and redirected to the on/off ramps at Exit 115 near Rocheport, according to the release. Girders will be placed over the road. The traffic shift is set to end at 6 a.m. Friday.

The Route BB overpass replacement project is set to be completed in October, according to the release.
