Traffic shifting on Rocheport Bridge this week
ROCHEPORT, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Missouri Department of Transportation announced on its social media that eastbound traffic on Interstate 70 will be shifting Thursday at the Rocheport Bridge.
Eastbound traffic will be narrowed to one lane at 7 p.m. The traffic shift should be complete by midnight the same night, with two westbound and two eastbound lanes open on the new westbound Rocheport Bridge, according to MoDOT.
MoDOT said delays should be expected. MoDOT and its team have been working on the Rocheport Bridge for more than a year and it is expected to be completed in December 2024.
