Contractor causing lane restriction scheduled on East and West Briarwood Lane Friday

COLUMBIA, MO. (KMIZ)

Beginning Friday at 9:30 a.m., CAM, LLC, City of Columbia Public Works contractor, plans to apply a product called CRF on a section of East Briarwood Lane and West Briarwood Lane.

This will result in a lane restriction until 12:30 p.m. the same day, weather permitting.

CRF is an asphalt maintenance product used to restore aging pavements. The CRF product will be used to lock in chip sealed streets as part of the City’s pavement management plan.

Motorists, pedestrians and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the work zone.
