Man suffers serious injuries in Pulaski County crash

ST. ROBERT, Mo. (KMIZ)

A St. Robert man suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Sunday afternoon in the 15000 block of Tampa Road in Pulaski County, according to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Crash occurred as a 2011 Mazda 2 – driven by Michael Keaton, 43, of St. Robert – was heading eastbound when it went off the right side of the road, overcorrected and then traveled of the left side of the road, according to the report. The Mazda hit a utility pole before coming to rest.

Keaton was brought to Phelps Health Hospital in Rolla by ambulance, the report states. He was wearing a seatbelt.

The Mazda was totaled, according to the report.
