Three hurt in Randolph County crash

RENICK, Mo. (KMIZ)

Three people were hurt, one seriously, in a Thursday crash in the southbound lane of Highway 63 near Route NN in Renick, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

The crash occurred as a 2021 Hyundai Sonata – driven by Carl Moser, 85, of St. Charles – pulled in front of a 1998 Subaru Outback, driven by William Summers, 51, of Moberly, according to the report.

Summers suffered a serious injury; while Moser had a minor injury and his passenger – Betty Moster, 85, of St. Charles – had a moderate injury.

All three were wearing seatbelts and taken to University Hospital by ambulance, according to the report.

The Subaru was totaled and the Hyundai had extensive damage, according to the report.
