Huntsville man suffers serious injuries in Randolph County crash

HUNTSVILLE, Mo. (KMIZ)

A man suffered serious injuries Tuesday after he crashed his truck on Route C near the northern city limit of Huntsville.

The occurred as Joseph Black, 46, of Huntsville, was heading southbound on Route C in his 2018 GMC 1500, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report. The truck went off the left side of the roadway, hit a culvert, overturned and ejected Black from the vehicle.

Black was first transported by a Randolph County ambulance before being flown to University Hospital, the crash report states.

The truck was totaled. Black was not wearing a seatbelt, the crash report states.
