Columbia man seriously injured in Callaway County crash

CALLAWAY COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Columbia man suffered serious injuries after he crashed his motorcycle Sunday morning on Highway 63 at County Road 394 in Callaway County, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

The crash occurred when a 2012 Harley Davidson went off the right side of the road, hit a stop sign and overturned.

Charles Jones suffered serious injuries in the crash and was taken by ambulance to University Hospital. He was not wearing a helmet, according to the crash report.

The Harley had moderate damage.
