Woman seriously injured from wreck in Morgan County

MORGAN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting a driver was seriously injured after a wreck on Route W in Morgan County.

Troopers report Tracy Cecil, 52, was driving a 2002 Ford Mustang on Route W, just north of Route AA, when the vehicle went off the right side of the road. Officials report Cecil overcorrected causing the vehicle to hit a fence and a tree on the left side of the road.

Cecil was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital with serious injuries.

Cecil was not wearing a seat belt.
