Michigan man arrested for DWI after I-70 rollover crash

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Missouri state troopers say a man from Kalamazoo, Mich. was hurt in a rollover crash on I-70 East Thursday night.

The crash report said 24-year-old Zachary Williams traveled off the right side of the interstate near the Route J exit at 7 p.m.

Troopers said Williams overcorrected and his 2017 Chevrolet Cruze went off the left side of the road, hit the media cables and rolled over.

Williams had moderate injuries from the single-vehicle wreck, the patrol said.

He was taken to University Hospital in Columbia. Eric Maze, a spokesman for the hospital, said Williams was treated and released.

According to an online report, Williams was arrested for DWI- alcohol and operate in a careless and imprudent manner involving a crash
