State trooper hurt in Mid-Missouri crash on Monday

BOONE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a trooper was hurt in a rollover crash on Highway 63 in Boone County on Monday morning.

According to the crash report, 33-year-old Brandon Harris was driving a patrol vehicle north on 63 near the Highway 124 intersection at 7:47 a.m.

The car went off the right side of the road and overturned, the report said.

Troopers say Harris was taken to University Hospital with minor injuries.

According to reports, the wreck caused $15,000 of damage and that the vehicle was totaled.

No other people were hurt in the crash.
