COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
Nearly 1,000 Evergy customers are without power Friday morning.
According to the Evergy outage map, the affected areas include Roanoke, Armstrong, Glasgow, Forest Green, Aholt, Dalton, Oil City and Brunswick.
The outage was first reported at 2:25 a.m. and the cause is unknown at this time.
Crews are currently working to restore power and determine why it went out.
