BBB revokes accreditation of Fulton car dealer

FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Better Business Bureau of St. Louis has revoked a Mid-Missouri car dealer for violating its accreditation agreement.

According to a new release from the BBB, customers complained that McGrath Fulton CDJR allegedly did not provide a refund.

The nonprofit said in its release businesses who agree to its accreditation agreement are required to respond to customer complaints and BBB inquiries.

The BBB said it reached out to McGrath Fulton CDJR multiple times between Sept. 16-March 27, but never heard back.

"Revocation of BBB Accreditation status is unfortunate. However, BBB takes enforcement of its standards very seriously,” said Michelle L. Corey, BBB St. Louis president and CEO in the news release.
