City of Columbia launches new utility website for customers

ABC 17 News

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The city of Columbia is launching a new website for residents to pay for utilities.

The update to myutilitybill.como.gov went live Friday.

If residents already get utilities through the city, residents should get an email with a username and instructions on how to reset their password.

The site went temporarily down at six and the city says it will be up as soon as possible.

Updates will include billing and payment management, detailed usage charts and account management. Customers with multiple customer numbers can view all accounts using only one sign-in.
