Moniteau County woman dies in crash
CALIFORNIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
A California, Missouri woman is dead after a crash at a highway intersection.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Andrea Bondurant, 39, was killed Tuesday afternoon when she tried to cross the westbound lanes of Highway 50 at Business 50 in her Ford Taurus and was hit by another vehicle.
Bondurant's car was hit in the driver side by a Ford F250 pickup truck driven by Troy Eichelberger, 45, also of California, according to the patrol report.
Bondurant was pronounced dead at the scene and Eichelberger was taken to a hospital by private vehicle with minor injuries. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
