Utility work on Downtown Jefferson City street extended
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
Work that will require a lane closure on a Downtown Jefferson City street this week has been extended.
A press release from the Jefferson City Department of Public Works says that a lane closure will occur in the eastbound lane in the 300 block of West McCarty Street.
Work began Wednesday and is now expected to be completed by 5 p.m. Friday.
Road signs will be posted and drivers are asked to avoid the area, the release says.
