Legends Rec-Plex to hold grand opening in Fulton

FULTON Mo, (KMIZ).

Legends Rec-Plex will be holding its grand opening Wednesday afternoon in Fulton.

Speeches and a ribbon cutting are set to start at 12:00 p.m. at Legends Rec-Plex, which is located at 808 State Street.

All activities are free to the public, including basketball, volleyball and yard games. Food and drinks will also be served at 12:30 p.m.

Visitors will be able to sign up for Rec-Plex memberships and facility rentals.

The Legends Rec-Plex opened to the public for the first time May 17. The public was able to use the facility for free during a trial period, which ended Tuesday.

Anyone 9 years old and younger must be supervised by an adult and people must be at least 12 years old to use the fitness center unless accompanied by an adult. Anyone with questions can contact Fulton Parks and Recreation at 592-3190.
