Firefighters put out a house fire in Boone county.

One lane on Route B was closed off after a house caught fire near the 18000 block of North Highway 124.

The Boone County Sheriff's Office directed traffic in the area to help crews reach the house.

Smoke was seen coming from the roof of the home. Firefighters arrived on the scene and put out the flames.

Officials say no one was injured from the fire.
