South Callaway R-II Board of Education hires new superintendent

MOKANE, Mo. (KMIZ)

The South Callaway R-II Board of Education has hired elementary school principal Corey Pontius to replace outgoing Superintendent Kevin Hillman.

Hillman will remain in place until June 30, 2022.

Mr. Pontius holds a BS In Physical Education/Health, MS Exercise Physiology, and Ed.S. in Educational Leadership.
