A Cole County prosecutor has charged a Jefferson City after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in mid-March.

The victim told police that she was at a fraternity party on the Westminster Campus when she left the party and Loaiza allegedly pulled her into a vehicle and took her to a residence on the 7400 block of Virginia Bella Lane in Fulton, according to court documents.

In the probable cause statement, the victim told Loaiza no multiple times as he sexually assaulted her.
