Columbia Police seeking man for sex crime against a child
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
A Boone County probable cause statement reveals why Columbia Police are seekin Brayan Ubieta.
According to the PC statement, Ubieta is accused of molesting an 8-year-old at least one time from June 1 through July 5 of this year.
The victim's mother told police Ubieta threatened them.
After the confrontation, the victim's mother told police Ubieta fled the country for Mexico.
Ubieta is charged with statutory sodomy according to court documents.
