Man accused of murder pleads guilty to manslaughter in Pulaski County

PULASKI COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A St. Robert man who was accused of murder last year has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.

Tyron Spence-Bey pleaded guilty on Wednesday in Pulaski County to first-degree involuntary manslaughter and illegal gun possession. He was previously charged with first-degree murder, armed criminal action and illegal gun possession.

According to previous reporting, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office say Spency-Bey shot and killed Robin Keppel in the 16000 block of Hobo Lane.

Previous reporting indicates that after the shooting, Spence-Bey allegedly ran away and knocked on the door of a home, entered and left a gun in the bedroom. Witnesses said they saw Spence-Bey running after hearing gunshots.
