Callaway County man accused of killing wife in 2002 to have jury pooled from other counties

FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Callaway County man who was  accused of killing his wife in 2002 was granted a change of venue on Monday.

Harold Dickens, 65, of Williamsburg, was charged with first-degree murder. He is being held at the Callaway County Jail without bond. A jury will be pooled from either Phelps, Clay or Marion counties, Casenet indicates.

A status hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday, Sept. 16 at the Callaway County Courthouse.

The indictment alleges he killed his wife, Debra Dickens, by stabbing her on or around April 28, 2002.
