Hudson is being held at the Phelps County Jail on a $250,000 bond. A motion for a bond reduction was filed on Thursday and a bond hearing will take place 8:30 a.m. Friday at the Phelps County Courthouse.
A probable cause statement was not available, but court documents state Hudson is accused of sexually assaulting a child younger than 14 years old between May 15, 2022-Aug. 31, 2023.
“Sheriff Michael Kirn would like to thank the Osage County Sheriff’s Department and the Vienna Police Department for their assistance in locating and arresting Hudson,” the post reads.
