Simpson is one of four people charged in connection to the shooting of five people and the death of Melvin Hooker III, 26, of Columbia. Samuel Lee Moss Jr., Kimo Spivey and Steven Grimes were all arrested and charged for their part in the shooting.

Online court records show two hearings were held in July after he was charged. After not appearing in person for a hearing on July 24th a Boone County Judge stated he was still at-large.

Columbia Police are asking anyone with information about his location to contact their department, CrimeStoppers or the U.S. Marshals Service to remain anonymous.
