QUESTION OF THE DAY: Have you had a package stolen from outside your home?
The term "porch pirate" has become a part of the American vernacular, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic.
As people relied more on packages delivered to their homes, it seemed that more and more stories came out about people stealing those packages. The crime didn't stop with the pandemic, though. Just this week, the Columbia Police Department distributed a video purportedly showing a package thief in the act.
