JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Jefferson City man was sentenced in federal court Tuesday for illegally possessing a firearm and distributing methamphetamine, according to a press release.

Clint Alexander Doll, 35, was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison without parole.

On July 28, 2022, Doll pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug-trafficking crime.

Jefferson City police officers executed a search warrant at Doll’s residence on June 3, 2021 in the 600 block of Michigan Street in Jefferson City.  Officers allegedly found a bag that contained 534.34 grams of methamphetamine, approximately $39,536 in cash, a Remington 12-gauge shotgun, 25 shotgun shells, four cellphones, and drug paraphernalia.

Text messages from the cellphones showed Doll coordinated the distribution of methamphetamine among several people. Doll must forfeit to the government the $39,536 seized by law enforcement.
