Jefferson City man charged after authorities find more than a pound of meth, cash in home

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Jefferson City man is charged after law enforcement found drugs, money and a gun while serving a search warrant.

The Cole County Sheriff's Department, Mustang Drug Task Force and the Jefferson City Police SWAT team served the warrant Thursday. The warrant was served at a home in the 600 block of Michigan Street in Jefferson City.

According to a press release, investigators found more than 1.25 pounds of methamphetamine, which has a street value of $57,000. They also found drug paraphernalia, drug packaging, digital scales, over $39,000 and a shotgun.

Doll is charged with second degree drug trafficking, two gun charges and one count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

The court did not give Doll bond.

Doll will be arraigned on Monday.
