Airsoft weapon reportedly used in home invasion robbery in Fulton
FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)
One person is charged and four juveniles were detained following a home invasion robbery on the 1400 block of Kenwood Drive on Tuesday afternoon in Fulton.
A Callaway County prosecutor has charged Skiasia Roland with first-degree burglary, stealing - $750 or more, first-degree property damage, fourth-degree assault and possession of marijuana.
The victim told officers that Roland and others knocked on the door and when the victim looked and saw the group were wearing masks and had an "AR-15," he called 9-1-1 and hid in his room.
The group then allegedly entered the residence through the basement and knocked on the locked door.
The group allegedly stole $600 worth of jewelry, an airsoft gun, a football jersey and $300 in cash. The group also allegedly caused over $1,000 in damage to property, according to the probable cause statement.
The victim gave a description of the group's vehicle leading to the vehicle being stopped.
Officials reportedly found an AR-style airsoft rifle, loaded revolver, marijuana and stolen property.
Roland spoke to police and under Miranda rights said she went to the residence to fight the victim.
Roland is being held on a $50,000 bond in the Callaway County Jail.
Roland does not have a defense attorney listed according to online court records. A hearing has not been scheduled at this time.
Officials say the four juveniles from the Columbia area were released to the custody of juvenile authorities.
