An Eldon man is facing multiple charges after an investigation began on Wednesday into sex crimes involving three girls.

A Miller County prosecutor has charged Joshua Shackley with three counts of statutory sodomy and one count of second-degree child molestation.

A 12-year-old girl went to Kids Harbor on Wednesday and spoke with an interviewer on how Shackley touched her inappropriately on her chest, bottom and into her according to a probable cause statement.

The victim reportedly told detectives that Shackley also touches her sisters (a 10- and a 13-years-old) according to court documents.

The second victim (10-year-old) told investigators that the sisters and a brother live with their grandmother and Shackley lives in a shed in the backyard, according to court documents. The victim said that Shackley had touched her as well on her chest, back and other private areas, according to the probable cause statement.

The 13-year-old victim told investigators that Shackley asked her for pictures and would give her more privileges according to court documents. The victim also said that Shackley touched her inappropriately on her leg and chest.

Shackley has a warrant for his arrest and has a $350,000 bond issued according to online court records.
