Robbery reported at Columbia gas station

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A man got away with an undisclosed amount of cash after robbing a Columbia gas station Saturday.

Police were called to Petro Mart at 500 N. College Ave. at about 6:30 p.m. Saturday, according to a news release. An employee told officers that a man entered the station and demanded money, police say.

Police say the man, who was wearing a pullover shirt, black sweatpants and a black gaiter, was last seen heading north on Fay Street. No injuries were reported.
