Third suspect in Chance Davis murder arrested
MEXICO, Mo. (KMIZ)
The third suspect accused of the June 27 killing of a Mexico man was arrested over the weekend.
A release from the Mexico Public Safety Department said Timothy Midgyett was arrested by Las Vegas police on Saturday.
Midgyett along with Sadiq Moore and Deyton Curtis-Fisher are all charged with murder linked to the homicide of Chance Davis.
Police say Davis was killed after the suspects broke into his home.
US Marshals arrested Moore on Oct. 8 in Columbia and Curtis-Fisher was arrested in Quincy, Ill. on July 31.
It's unclear when Midgyett could be sent back to Mid-Missouri.
Court documents say Curtis-Fisher and Moore both have court hearings in early December.
