COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Delia’s Mexican Grill on Stadium Boulevard in Columbia is appealing a suspension of its liquor license.

A filing with the Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control shows a 10-day suspension was issued on Aug. 18 in connection with an investigation from 2023 that involves allegations of “unlawful sale or supply to intoxicated person” and “fail to cooperate with law enforcement/ATC during investigation.”

Delia’s is accused of failing to cooperate with authorities. The document showing the suspension was updated on Friday, Sept. 11.

The restaurant also was ordered to pay $500 last month in connection with a case where they reportedly sold alcohol without a license in 2024.
