QUESTION OF THE DAY: Do you like the Columbia City Council’s approval of Flock cameras?
The Columbia City Council voted 5-2 Monday night to enter into a contract with Flock security cameras.
The cameras are primarily used to read license plate data. Columbia police and Boone County's top prosecutor say the Flock system will help them solve crimes but civil libertarians have raised concerns about how the data is collected and used.
Do you like the council's decision? Let us know by voting in the poll.
