Lane closures set for Highway 63 in Columbia this week

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Bridge repairs will lead to closed lanes on Highway 63 in south Columbia this week.

Work to repair joints will take place on the northbound Highway 63 bridge over Grindstone Creek on Wednesday and Thursday, the Missouri Department of Transportation said in a news release. Crews will close a single lane of northbound Highway 63 between Grindstone Parkway and Stadium Boulevard during the work.

Work times are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day. The passing lane will be closed Wednesday and the driving lane will close Thursday.

Southbound Highway 63 won't be affected, MoDOT says.
