Emergency room at MU Women’s Hospital to close June 10

The emergency room at MU Health Care’s Women’s Hospital on Keene Street will close on June 10, according to the hospital’s website.
The website states that MU Health Care will have a centralized emergency room at University Hospital and a separate emergency room for children.
The centralized emergency room allows access to more than 80 specialties, the website says.
Last week, MU Health Care held a grand opening for its new Children’s Hospital and Birthing Center.
