True/False announces film lineup
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
The True/False Film Fest in Columbia announced the lineup of movies that can be viewed at this year’s fest in a Wednesday press release.
The annual festival will take place Feb. 29-March 3 in downtown Columbia.
Thirty-one feature films and 25 short films were picked out of about 1,400 submissions, according to the release. Six films will have their world premiere at the Columbia festival, the release states, including:
- “Spermworld” directed by Lance Oppenheim
- “23 Mile” directed by Mitch McCabe
- “A Photographic Memory” directed by Rachel Elizabeth Seed
- “Flying Lessons” directed by Elizabeth Nichols
- "There Was, There Was Not” directed by Emily Mkrtichian (USA, Armenia),
- “Yintah” directed by Michael Toledano, Jennifer Wickham, & Brenda Michell
