Columbia Chamber of Commerce announces legislative priorities for 2021

The Columbia Chamber of Commerce is focusing on several legislative priorities this year.

The organization laid out its main goals Thursday.

Those goals include funding for Mizzou, supporting the construction of Mizzou's nextgen precision health institute, supporting legislation that would allow online sales tax collection, funding to improve transportation with a focus on rebuilding Interstate 70 and increased funding for Moberly Area Community College to continue its partnership with Columbia Public Schools.
